As both a Registered Nurse and Registered Psychotherapist with over 30 years of clinical experience, I bring a depth of knowledge and a unique perspective to help you explore your needs, build resilience, and move toward your goals. My practice is rooted in compassion, clinical knowledge, and respect for each person’s individual journey.
I am certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) through McMaster University’s Clinical Behavioural Sciences Program, have completed intensive trauma training through the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute, and trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) through IFS.CA and Adler College. These approaches, along with mindfulness-based strategies, allow me to work flexibly and creatively to meet each client’s needs.
My background in both nursing and psychotherapy allows me to integrate a holistic view of health, supporting not just the mind, but the body, and spirit as well.

While my professional background shapes the tools I bring, what matters most in therapy is the connection we build together. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe, supported, and free to both uncover and to be your authentic self.
Taking the step to reach out is an act of courage and kindness toward yourself. I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your path of healing and self-discovery.
Therapy is about creating space to listen inward, care for all parts of yourself, and discover what supports your growth and healing. Taking this step means honouring your story and investing in your well-being, and I’m here to walk alongside you in that process.
