Whether you’re seeking support for stress, depression,  anxiety, trauma, or simply wanting a safe space to explore, this is a place where you’ll be heard and supported.


My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools and perspectives that match your unique needs. Together, we’ll create a path toward healing, growth, and greater connection with yourself.

Therapy is most effective when it unfolds at a pace that feels safe and sustainable for you. Therapy isn’t about rushing or meeting someone else’s timeline. In our work together, you set the pace. My role is to support you in exploring challenges, strengths, and patterns at a rhythm that honours your readiness. Whether that means moving slowly and gently or leaning into deeper work when you feel ready; the process must unfold gradually at your pace. This approach allows for meaningful change while fostering self-awareness, safety, and healing.
