When you email me, I will connect with you to set up the first appointment.
The morning of each scheduled appointment I will send you the virtual link and receipt via email.

Your privacy is very important and it is protected by the law. Everything you share is kept confidential under the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
The levels of confidentiality will be discussed when we meet.
My standard session fee is $180.00/hr.
Payment is due at the time of the session and can be made via [e-transfer]
Many extended health benefits cover psychotherapy with a Registered Psychotherapist.
It’s best to check with your provider to confirm your coverage.
I do not bill insurance directly, but I provide receipts you can submit for reimbursement.
